Starting in Shizen no Kamae Uke grabs your and throws a right strike. Fall back 45 deg. covering Uke’s grabbing hand and do an upper block. Quickly bounce your blocking hand into a Boshi Ken to attack Uke’s Omote Kimon. Finish with a Sokuyaku Ken throwing Uke to the ground. This is followed with another Sokuyaku Ken to Uke’s ribs.

Ketsu Myaku (Choking the Source)
Standing in Shizen no Kamae Uke comes up from behind and attempts a triangle choke. Sink your weight and turn your chin into the crook of Uke’s elbow to relieve the pressure of the choke. The right hand grabs Uke’s hand from the back side and peels it off and straightens it out to the side. Step in deeply to Uke and throw Uke in a one-armed shoulder throw.

Koto-Ryu Koppojutsu (The Tiger Knocking Down School)
Shuto (Hand Sword)
Uke grabs both lapels. Do a Ryote Koppo Ken to both sides of Uke’s head and finish with an Uzimaki throw.

Setto (Break and Drop)
Uke grabs your lapel with the right hand. Check Uke’s hand with your left hand. Take a step to the leftand strike Uke’s Jakin with a right Omote Shuto. Then strike with a horizontal Boshi Ken to Uke’s Butsumetsu.

Togakure-Ryu Ninpo Taijutsu (The Hidden Door School)
Ashisabki (Energy Footwork 3)
Uke does a right Jodan Tsuki. Move to Uke’s ouside and insert your right heel to the inside of Uke’s right leg and apply pressure with that foot and strike Uke’s Sai with your hips. Place your body on top of Uke’s trapped leg and lower your weight to bring Uke down.

Ashisabki (Energy Footwork 4)
Uke does a right Jodan Tsuki. Step 45 deg. forward and to the left dropping the body at the same time. Hook Uke’s right ankle with your right foot. Pull Uke’s leg out from under them with the movement of your whole body, not just with the foot.
